जिले में संचालित समस्त शासकीय/अशासकीय महाविद्यालय, विश्वविद्यालय, इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज, मेडिकल कॉलेज, नर्सिंग कॉलेज, पॉलिटेक्निक एवं आईटीआई में अध्ययनरत अनुसूचित जनजाति एवं अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के विद्यार्थी जो विभाग द्वारा संचालित पोस्ट मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति की पात्रता रखते हैं वे शिक्षा सत्र 2022-23 हेतु ऑनलाइन पोस्ट मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति (कक्षा 12 वीं से उच्चतर) के पंजीयन, स्वीकृति एवं वितरण की कार्यवाही वेबसाइट http://postmatric&scholarship.cg.nic.in/ पर ऑनलाइन की जा सकती है। महाविद्यालय में विद्यार्थियों के प्रवेश विलंब से प्रारंभ होने तथा परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित नहीं होने के फलस्वरुप तिथि में वृद्धि की जा रही है।विद्यार्थियों के पंजीयन एवं संस्थाओं को प्रस्ताव/स्वीकृति लॉक करने हेतु विभाग द्वारा तिथि निर्धारित किया गया है। विद्यार्थियों द्वारा ऑनलाइन आवेदन (नवीन एवं नवीनीकरण) हेतु 30 सितम्बर 2022 तक, ड्राफ्ट प्रपोजल लॉक करने हेतु 10 अक्टूबर तक, सेंशन ऑडर लॉक करने हेतु 20 अक्टूबर एवं प्रस्ताव स्वीकृति जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि 21 अक्टूबर 2022 तक निर्धारित की गई है। निर्धारित तिथियों के पश्चात शिक्षा सत्र 2022-23 की पोस्ट मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति हेतु आवेदन स्वीकृत नहीं किए जाएंगे एवं ड्राफ्ट प्रपोजल लॉक, सेंशन ऑडर लॉक अथवा व्यय करने का अवसर भी प्रदान नहीं किया जावेगा। उक्त तिथि तक कार्यवाही पूर्ण नहीं करने पर यदि संबंधित संस्थाओं के विद्यार्थियों छात्रवृत्ति से वंचित रह जाते हैं, तो इसके लिए संस्था प्रमुख स्वतः ही जिम्मेदार होंगे।
Education Session 2022-23 : Online Application Invited for Post Matric Scholarship
Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Class students studying in all government / non-government colleges, universities, engineering colleges, medical colleges, nursing colleges, polytechnics and ITIs operating in the district, who are eligible for post-matric scholarship run by the department, are eligible for the academic session 2022-23. The process of registration, acceptance and distribution of online post matric scholarship (from class 12th to higher) can be done online on the website http://postmatric&scholarship.cg.nic.in/. Due to the late start of admission of students in the college and non-declaration of examination results, the date is being increased.
The date has been fixed by the department for registration of students and locking of proposals/acceptances to the institutions. Till 30 September 2022 for online application (new and renewal) by the students, till 10 October for locking the draft proposal, 20 October for locking the session order and the last date for submission of proposal acceptance has been fixed till 21 October 2022. After the due dates, applications for post-matric scholarship for the academic session 2022-23 will not be accepted and draft proposal lock, session order lock or opportunity to spend will not be provided. If the students of the concerned institutions are deprived of scholarship if the action is not completed by the said date, then the head of the institution will be automatically responsible for this.
