नालों में वर्षा जल को रोकने 71 हजार 831 स्ट्रक्चर की मंजूरी, 51 हजार 742 स्ट्रक्चर निर्मित
रायपुर, 21 फरवरी 2021मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल की विशेष पहल पर छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में भू-जल संरक्षण और संवर्धन के लिए संचालित नरवा (नाला) विकास योजना के जरिए राज्य के नदी-नालों और जल स्त्रोतों को पुनर्जीवित किया जा रहा है। राज्य में संचालित नरवा विकास योजना दरअसल छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी सुराजी गांव योजना के नरवा, गुरवा, घुरवा, बाड़ी का एक घटक है। नरवा विकास के माध्यम से वर्षा जल को सहेजने के लिए तेजी से नालों का उपचार कराया जा रहा है।
प्रथम चरण में छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में 1385 नरवा (नाला) उपचार के लिए चिन्हित किए गए हैं। जिसमें से 1372 नालों में वर्षा जल की रोकथाम के लिए बोल्डर चेक, गली प्लग, ब्रश हुड, परकोलेशन टैंक जैसी संरचनाओं का निर्माण एवं उपचार कर पानी को रोकने और भू-जल स्तर बेहतर बनाने प्लान तैयार कर काम कराया जा रहा है।
छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में सुराजी गांव योजना के प्रमुख घटक नरवा (नाला) के तहत अब तक 1310 नालों में वर्षा जल को रोकने के लिए विभिन्न प्रकार के 71 हजार 831 स्ट्रक्चर बनाए जाने की मंजूरी दी गई है, जिसमें से 51 हजार 742 स्ट्रक्चर का निर्माण हो चुका है। अभी 9 हजार 685 स्ट्रक्चर निर्माणाधीन है। लगभग दो सालों से छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में भू-जल संरक्षण एवं संवर्धन की दिशा में किए जा रहे कार्याें का सकारात्मक परिणाम भी अब दिखाई देने लगा है।
छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में पानी को रोकने की इस मुहिम को केन्द्र सरकार ने न सिर्फ सराहा है, बल्कि सूरजपुर और बिलासपुर जिले को नेशनल वाटर अवार्ड से सम्मानित भी किया है। यह नेशनल वाटर अवार्ड बिलासपुर जिले को नदी-नालों के पुनरूद्धार के लिए और सूरजपुर जिले को जल संरक्षण के उल्लेखनीय कार्याें के लिए भारत सरकार के जल शक्ति मंत्रालय की ओर से दिया गया।
छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के जिन-जिन क्षेत्रों में नरवा उपचार के काम हुए हैं, वहां भू-जल स्तर में आशातीत वृद्धि हुई है। नालों में जल भराव होने से किसान अब बेहतर तरीके से फसलोत्पादन के साथ-साथ साग-सब्जी की भी खेती करने लगे हैं। नालों के पानी को लिफ्ट करने से किसानों को सिंचाई की भी सुविधा मिली है। मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल का कहना है कि छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार की सुराजी गांव योजना के माध्यम से गांवों को विकसित और आर्थिक रूप से समृद्ध बनाने की पहल की जा रही है । दरअसल यह राष्ट्रपिता महात्मा गांधी के सपनों का गांव गढ़ने की दिशा में बढ़ते कदम है। इसके माध्यम से नदी-नालों एवं पशुधन के संरक्षण और संवर्धन के साथ ही जैविक खेती को बढ़ावा देकर पौष्टिक खाद्यान्न, फल तथा सब्जी-भाजी के उत्पादन को बेहतर बनाना है, ताकि गांव आर्थिक रूप से समृद्ध हो सके। राष्ट्रपिता महात्मा गांधी ने वर्धा के सेवा आश्रम में प्रार्थना सभा में कहा था कि हमारी दृष्टि दिल्ली के बजाय देहात की ओर होनी चाहिए। देहात हमारा कल्पवृक्ष है। कल्पवृक्ष हर इच्छाओं को पूरा करता है। छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार सुराजी गांव योजना के माध्यम से ग्रामीण संस्कृति, परंपरा और प्राकृतिक संसाधनों को सहेज कर सशक्त, खुशहाल और समृद्ध गांव गढ़ रही

On the special initiative of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, the river-drains and water sources of the state are being revived through the Narva (Nala) Development Scheme for the conservation and promotion of ground water in the state of Chhattisgarh. The Narva Development Scheme operated in the state is actually a component of Narva, Gurwa, Ghurwa, Bari of Chhattisgarh government's ambitious Suraji village scheme. Rapid treatment of drains is being done to save rainwater through Narva development.
In the first phase, 1385 Narva (Nala) have been identified for treatment in the state of Chhattisgarh. Out of which 1372 drains are being constructed for the prevention of rainwater by constructing and treating structures like boulder checks, street plugs, brush hoods, percolation tanks, to prevent water and improve ground water level.
So far, 71 thousand 831 structures of various types have been approved to be constructed to prevent rainwater in 1310 drains under Narva (Nala), the major component of Suraji village scheme in Chhattisgarh state, out of which 51 thousand 742 structures should be constructed. Already happened. Currently 9 thousand 685 structures are under construction. For almost two years, the positive results of the work being done in the state of Chhattisgarh towards ground water conservation and promotion are now visible.
This campaign to stop water in Chhattisgarh state has not only appreciated the central government, but has also awarded National Water Award to Surajpur and Bilaspur districts. This National Water Award was given to Bilaspur district by the Ministry of Water Power, Government of India, for the restoration of river water channels and Surajpur district for its remarkable works of water conservation.
There has been an unprecedented increase in the ground water level in the areas where Narva treatment has been done in the state of Chhattisgarh. Due to water logging in the drains, farmers have now started cultivating greens and vegetables along with better crop production. Lift the water of drains has also provided irrigation facilities to the farmers. Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel says that initiative is being taken to develop villages and prosper economically through the Suraji Village Scheme of Chhattisgarh Government. Actually, this is a growing step towards building the village of the dreams of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. Through this, along with the conservation and promotion of river-drains and livestock, organic farming is to improve the production of nutritious food grains, fruits and vegetables, so that the village can become economically prosperous. Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi had said in a prayer meeting at Seva Ashram of Wardha that our vision should be towards the countryside rather than Delhi. The countryside is our Kalpavriksha. Kalpavriksha fulfills every desire. Government of Chhattisgarh has built strong, prosperous and prosperous village by saving rural culture, tradition and natural resources through Suraji village scheme.
