कलेक्टर रजत बंसल के निर्देश पर छात्रावासों के छात्रों को कैरियर काउंसलिंग,परीक्षा,मानसिक एवं किशोरी स्वास्थ्य पर मार्गदर्शन देने बलौदाबाजार-भाटापारा जिले में एक नयी पहल ‘अंजोर-चर्चा पढ़ई बर’ अभियान की शुरुआत की गयी। कार्यक्रम का आगाज जिला मुख्यालय स्थित शासकीय पोस्ट मैट्रिक अनुसूचित जनजाति कन्या छात्रावास में एक दिवसीय ‘हम होंगे कामयाब’ परीक्षा और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य पर कार्यशाला का आयोजन कर किया गया। इस कार्यशाला में छात्रावास की बालिकाओं को परीक्षा के दौरान होने वाली चिंता व डर को दूर करने, परीक्षा की तैयारी की रणनीति बनाने व अपने मानसिक स्वास्थ्य को स्वस्थ रखने पर चर्चा की गई और उन्हें बेहतर तैयारी के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया गया।
‘अंजोर-चर्चा पढ़ई बर’ कार्यक्रम जिले के युवाओं के लिए एक वृहद अभियान है। इसके तहत जिला प्रशासन का यह उद्देश्य है कि जिले के युवाओं तक पहुंचकर उनकी करियर काउंसलिंग और गाइडेंस, प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी और संपूर्ण शिक्षा के साथ ही उनके मानसिक स्वास्थ्य पर भी ध्यान देकर उनका मनोबल बढ़ाना और उन्हें मार्गदर्शन देना, ताकि जिले के युवा अपना भविष्य संवार सके और सकारात्मक राह की ओर बढ़ सके।
‘हम होंगे कामयाब’ कार्यशाला में छात्रावास की बच्चियों को परीक्षा की तैयारी और इस दौरान मन में आने वाले विभिन्न एहसासों और भावों को लेकर चर्चा की गई। जैसे परीक्षा से डर क्यों लगता है और इस डर से कैसे बाहर निकलें, तैयारी के दौरान किन बातों का ध्यान रखना है और कौन सी सावधानियां बरतनी हैं, इस दौरान खुद को कैसा महसूस कराना है और एकाग्रता कैसे बढ़ानी जैसी विस्तृत विषयों पर चर्चा की गई और खेल गतिविधि के माध्यम से बच्चों का क्षमतावर्धन किया गया। लाइफस्किल एक्सपर्ट दानिश खातून और अनन्या झा ने बच्चियों को यह प्रशिक्षण दिया।
कलेक्टर रजत बंसल ने बताया कि ‘अंजोर-चर्चा पढ़ई बर’ अभियान जिले में अपनी तरह का पहला ऐसा अभियान है जिसके माध्यम से युवाओं की शिक्षा और उनके करियर को लेकर बातचीत और क्षमतावर्धन में विशेष ध्यान दिया जा रहा है। स्कूल की परीक्षाओं का समय अब शुरू होने को है ऐसे में कन्या छात्रावास में परीक्षा की तैयारी को लेकर आयोजित यह एक दिवसीय कार्यशाला बच्चियों के लिए उपयोगी है। अक्सर परीक्षा को लेकर बच्चों के मन में विभिन्न तरह के भाव होते हैं, जिसमें नकारात्मक विचार घर कर जाते हैं, इन्हीं नकारात्मकताओं से बचने और उन्हें एक सकारात्मक सोच प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। निरंतर ही किशोरों और युवाओं को लेकर ऐसे क्षमतावर्धन और प्रोत्साहन की प्रशिक्षण कार्यशालाएं ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन दोनों ही माध्यम से आयोजित कराई जाएगी।

Experts taught tricks to hostel girls to avoid negative thoughts at the time of examination

On the instructions of Collector Rajat Bansal, a new initiative 'Anjor-Charcha Padhai Bar' campaign was started in Balodabazar-Bhatapara district to provide guidance to hostel students on career counseling, examination, mental and adolescent health. The program was started by organizing a one-day 'Hum Honge Kamyab' exam and a workshop on mental health at the Government Post Matric Scheduled Tribe Girls Hostel located at the district headquarters. In this workshop, the girls of the hostel were discussed to remove the anxiety and fear during the examination, to make a strategy for the preparation of the examination and to keep their mental health healthy and they were encouraged for better preparation.
The 'Anjor-Charcha Padhai Bar' program is a massive campaign for the youth of the district. Under this, the aim of the district administration is to reach out to the youth of the district for their career counseling and guidance, preparation for competitive examinations and complete education as well as to increase their morale and guide them by paying attention to their mental health, so that the youth of the district Can improve the future and move towards a positive path.
In the workshop 'Hum Honge Kamyab', the students of the hostel were discussed about the preparation of the examination and the various feelings and emotions that come in the mind during this time. Detailed topics such as why there is fear of examination and how to overcome this fear, what to keep in mind and what are the precautions to be taken during preparation, how to make oneself feel during it and how to increase concentration are discussed. Capacity building of children was done through sports activities. Lifeskill experts Danish Khatoon and Ananya Jha gave this training to the girls.
Collector Rajat Bansal said that the 'Anjor-Charcha Padhai Bar' campaign is the first of its kind in the district, through which special attention is being given to dialogue and capacity building of the youth regarding education and their careers. The time for school examinations is about to start, in such a situation, this one day workshop organized for the preparation of the examination in girls hostel is useful for the girls. Often there are various types of feelings in the minds of children regarding the examination, in which negative thoughts go home, the workshop was organized with the aim of avoiding these negativities and providing them with a positive thinking. Continuously such capacity building and encouragement training workshops will be organized for adolescents and youth through both online and offline medium.
