हाल ही में मुख्यमंत्री की भेंट-मुलाकात के दौरान खल्लारी विधानसभा क्षेत्र एम.के. बाहरा में कृषक चमन लाल साहू ने माह जून में सहकारी समिति चरौदा से क्रय की गई वर्मी खाद में मिट्टी होने की शिकायत की थी। मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल के निर्देश पर मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी जिला पंचायत श्री एस. आलोक ने तत्काल जांच करवायी। उसी चरौदा सोसायटी के जरिए कृषक मोहन लाल साहू, देवानंद साहू ने भी वर्मी खाद खरीदी थी। उन्होंने लिखित में बताया कि खाद गुणवत्तायुक्त थी। उन्होंने खरीफ 2022 में अपने खेत में इसका उपयोग किया और धान की पैदावार अच्छी हुई।
15 दिसम्बर को मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी जनपद पंचायत बागबाहरा श्री फकीरचरण पटेल व ग्राम प्रमुखों एवं गणमान्य नागरिकों के समक्ष कृषक चमन लाल साहू ग्राम एम.के. बाहरा विकासखण्ड बागबाहरा के घर में रखे वर्मी खाद का अवलोकन, निरीक्षण किया गया। कृषक ने खरीफ 2022 में 09 जून 2022 को सहकारी समिति चरौदा के माध्यम से 20 बोरी वर्मी खाद क्रय किया जिसका उपयोग कृषक ने अभी तक अपने खेत में नहीं किया। घर में वर्मी खाद की बोरी रखी हुई है। सबके समक्ष वर्मी खाद की बोरी की सिलाई खोलने पर वर्मी खाद गुणवत्ता पूर्ण एवं अल्प नमी युक्त पाया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान यह बात देखने में आयी कि घर में रखे रहने एवं अधिक दिनों तक उपयोग नहीं कर पाने के कारण बोरी की वर्मी खाद में अल्प नमी पायी गयी। इससे बोरी की ऊपरी हिस्से में रखी हुई कुछ खाद का रंग फीका हो गया। किंतु वर्मी खाद में मिट्टी नहीं पायी गयी। यह वर्मी खाद आज भी खेती में उपयोग योग्य है। शिकायतकर्ता कृषक चमन लाल साहू घर पर नहीं मिले।
जांच के दौरान शिकायतकर्ता कृषक चमन लाल साहू के बेटे नेमू साहू ने लिखित में बताया कि सहकारी समिति चरौदा के माध्यम से 20 बोरी वर्मी कम्पोस्ट खाद 09 जून 2022 को लिया था। क्रय किया गया वर्मी खाद पूर्ण गुणवत्तायुक्त था। किंतु मेरे द्वारा खरीफ काश्तकारी में इसका इस्तेमाल नहीं किया गया। घर में ही रखा हुआ है। लेकिन अधिक समय तक उपयोग नहीं होने के कारण बोरी के ऊपरी हिस्से में रखे खाद का रंग कुछ हल्का हो गया है। जिससे मुझे भ्रम हुआ कि वर्मी खाद में मिट्टी मिश्रित है।

Recently, during the Chief Minister's meeting, Khallari assembly constituency M.K. In Bahra, farmer Chaman Lal Sahu had complained about the presence of soil in the vermicompost purchased from the cooperative society Charoda in the month of June. On the instructions of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Mr. S. Alok immediately got the investigation done. Farmers Mohan Lal Sahu, Devanand Sahu had also bought vermicompost through the same Charoda Society. He told in writing that the manure was of quality. He used it in his field in Kharif 2022 and got good yield of paddy.
On December 15, in front of Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat Bagbahra Mr. Fakircharan Patel and village heads and dignitaries, farmer Chaman Lal Sahu village M.K. Vermicompost kept in the house of Bahra development block Bagbahra was observed and inspected. In Kharif 2022, on June 09, 2022, the farmer purchased 20 bags of vermicompost through Cooperative Society Charoda, which the farmer has not yet used in his field. A sack of vermi-compost is kept in the house. On opening the seam of the sack of vermicompost in front of everyone, the vermicompost was found to be full of quality and with little moisture. During the inspection, it was found that due to being kept in the house and not being used for long, less moisture was found in the vermicompost of the sack. Due to this, the color of some manure kept in the upper part of the sack got discolored. But soil was not found in vermicompost. This vermicompost is still usable in farming. Complainant farmer Chaman Lal Sahu was not found at home.
During the investigation, Nemu Sahu, son of the complainant farmer Chaman Lal Sahu, told in writing that 20 bags of vermicompost manure had been taken on 09 June 2022 through the cooperative society Charoda. Vermicompost purchased was of complete quality. But it was not used by me in Kharif farming. It is kept at home. But due to non-use for a long time, the color of the manure kept in the upper part of the sack has become somewhat lighter. Due to which I was confused that soil is mixed in vermicompost.
