जिला अंत्यावसायी सहकारी विकास समिति धमतरी द्वारा वर्ष 2022-23 में अनुसूचित जनजाति वर्ग के आवेदकों हेतु स्वयं का व्यवसाय और स्वरोजगार स्थापित करने के लिए ऋण उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। इसके लिए पात्र आवेदकों से निर्धारित प्रारूप में दिसम्बर तक आवेदन आमंत्रित किया गया है। कार्यपालन अधिकारी, जिला अंत्यावसायी सहकारी विकास समिति ने बताया कि पैसेंजर व्हीकल, स्वसहायता समूह (कृषि क्षेत्र में) और ट्रैक्टर ट्रॉली योजना के तहत ऋण प्रदाय किया जाएगा। उक्त योजनाओं में ऋण लेने के इच्छुक आवेदक कलेक्टोरेट परिसर के कक्ष क्रमांक 48 में स्थित जिला अंत्यावसायी सहकारी विकास समिति से आवेदन का प्रारूप प्राप्त कर स्पष्ट रूप से पूरी तरह भर कर नियत तिथि तक जमा कर सकते हैं। विकासखण्ड नगरी के आवेदक प्रबंधक, अंत्यावसायी उद्यमी प्रशिक्षण केन्द्र, पुराना सिविल कोर्ट के सामने नगरी से आवेदन प्रारूप प्राप्त कर वहीं जमा कर सकते हैं। आवेदन के साथ स्वयं का पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो, जाति, निवास, आय, शैक्षणिक योग्यता प्रमाण पत्र, मतदाता कार्ड, आधार कार्ड, राशनकार्ड और बैंक खाता जमा करना होगा।
बताया गया है कि 18 से 50 वर्ष तक की आयु के अनुसूचित जनजाति वर्ग के धमतरी जिले के निवासी, जिनकी वार्षिक आय ग्रामीण क्षेत्र और शहरी क्षेत्र में तीन लाख रूपये से अधिक ना हो, इसके लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा जारी जाति, निवास एवं आय प्रमाण पत्र (चालू सत्र का) संलग्न करना अनिवार्य है। आवेदक को आवेदन के साथ यह शपथ पत्र लगाना होगा कि वह किसी भी शासकीय योजनान्तर्गत ऋण और अनुदान का लाभ नहीं लिया और किसी बैंक/वित्तीय संस्था का डिफाल्टर अथवा बकायादार नहीं है। वाहन योजना के तहत आवेदक के पास वैध कामर्शियल ड्रायविंग लाइसेंस होना जरूरी है। आवेदक को प्रोजेक्ट रिपोर्ट (परियोजना प्रतिवेदन) जमा करना होगा। ट्रेक्टर-ट्रॉली के संबंध में आवेदक के पास स्वयं के नाम अथवा हक में पांच एकड़ तक कृषि भूमि होना अनिवार्य है। यह जरूरी है कि आवेदक के पास पूर्व में ट्रेक्टर-ट्रॉली, मालवाहक और पैसेन्जर वाहन उपलब्ध नहीं है। गौरतलब है कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2021-22 में जमा किए गए आवेदन पत्र तभी मान्य होंगे, जब आवेदक स्वयं उपस्थित होकर नवीनीकरण कराए। नवीनीकरण नहीं कराने पर आवेदन पत्र स्वतः ही निरस्त माना जाएगा। साफ तौर पर कहा गया है कि अपूर्ण आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे।
In the year 2022-23, loans will be made available to the Scheduled Tribe applicants to set up their own business and self-employment by the District Antyavasayi Sahakari Vikas Samiti Dhamtari. For this, applications have been invited from eligible applicants in the prescribed format till December.
Executive Officer, District Antyavasayi Sahakari Vikas Samiti informed that loan will be provided under passenger vehicle, self-help group (in agriculture sector) and tractor trolley scheme. Applicants desirous of taking loan in the above schemes can obtain the format of the application from the District Antyavasayi Sahakari Vikas Samiti, located in room number 48 of the Collectorate premises, clearly fill it completely and submit it till the due date. Applicants of development block city can collect the application form from the city in front of the Manager, Intra-Vocational Entrepreneur Training Center, Old Civil Court and submit it there. Self passport size photo, caste, residence, income, educational qualification certificate, voter card, Aadhaar card, ration card and bank account will have to be submitted along with the application.
It has been told that residents of Dhamtari district belonging to Scheduled Tribes in the age group of 18 to 50 years, whose annual income does not exceed three lakh rupees in rural and urban areas, can apply for this. It is mandatory to attach caste, residence and income certificate (of the current session) issued by the competent authority. The applicant will have to attach an affidavit with the application that he has not availed loan and grant under any government scheme and is not a defaulter or defaulter of any bank/financial institution. Under the vehicle scheme, the applicant must have a valid commercial driving license. The applicant has to submit the Project Report (Project Report). In relation to tractor-trolley, it is mandatory for the applicant to have agricultural land up to five acres in his own name or title. It is necessary that the tractor-trolley, cargo and passenger vehicle is not available with the applicant in the past. It is worth noting that the applications submitted in the financial year 2021-22 will be valid only when the applicant himself gets the renewal done. If the renewal is not done, the application form will automatically be considered canceled. It is clearly stated that incomplete applications will not be accepted.
