जिला मुख्यालय पेंड्रा में योगा वेलनेस सेंटर के लिए योग सहायक के संविदा पद पर अनारक्षित वर्ग में 1 पद पर नियुक्ति हेतु निर्धारित प्रारूप में 15 मार्च तक आवेदन आमंत्रित किया गया है। संविदा वेतन आठ हजार रुपए प्रतिमाह देय होगा। इसके लिए शैक्षणिक योग्यता आठवीं उत्तीर्ण तथा गौरेला-पेंड्रा-मरवाही जिले का मूलनिवासी होना अनिवार्य है। अभ्यर्थी को शारीरिक रूप से निःशक्त नहीं होना चाहिए। आवेदन के साथ रोजगार कार्यालय का जीवित पंजीयन पत्र संलग्न करना अनिवार्य है।
आवेदक को वांछित प्रमाण पत्रों एवं अंकसूची की अभिप्रमाणित छायाप्रति के साथ 15 मार्च 2023 को शाम 5 बजे तक पंजीकृत डाक, स्पीड पोस्ट अथवा अधिकृत कोरियर से कार्यालय जिला आयुर्वेद अधिकारी, शासकीय आयुर्वेद औषधालय गौरेला, गोरखपुर (रेलवे फाटक के पास) में अनिवार्य रूप से प्राप्त हो जाना चाहिए। आवेदन पत्र सीधे स्वीकार नहीं किये जायेंगे तथा डाक अथवा अन्य किसी कारणवश विलंब से प्राप्त आवेदन पत्र पर विचार नहीं किया जायेगा। आवेदन पत्र का प्रारूप एवं अन्य विवरण कार्यालयीन समय में जिला आयुर्वेद अधिकारी कार्यालय गौरेला पेण्ड्रा मरवाही के सूचना पटल पर देखा जा सकता है।

Application has been invited by March 15 in the prescribed format for appointment to 1 post in the unreserved category on the contractual post of Yoga Assistant for Yoga Wellness Center at District Headquarters Pendra. The contractual salary will be Rs.8000 per month. For this, the educational qualification is 8th passed and it is mandatory to be a native of Gorela-Pendra-Marwahi district. Candidate should not be physically handicapped. It is mandatory to attach the live registration letter of the employment office with the application.
The applicant, along with the attested photocopies of the desired certificates and marks list, must be sent by registered post, speed post or authorized courier to the office of the District Ayurveda Officer, Government Ayurveda Dispensary Gorela, Gorakhpur (near Railway Gate) by 5 pm on March 15, 2023. should be received. Application forms will not be accepted directly and applications received late due to postal or any other reason will not be considered.
