चयन समिति द्वारा पटवारी प्रशिक्षण हेतु अंतिम सूची जारी

कार्यालय कलेक्टर भू-अभिलेख शाखा द्वारा पटवारी चयन समिति द्वारा लिए गए निर्णय के अनुसार पटवारी प्रशिक्षण के लिए 5 अभ्यर्थियों का अंतिम सूची जारी किया गया है। इनमें विनोद कुमार, विवेक तिवारी, मोहम्मद शाहिल विद्याभूषण कमार एवं चन्द्रवती शामिल है। चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को 31 दिसंबर 2022 तक अपनी उपस्थिति आवश्यक प्रमाण पत्र (10वीं, 12वीं, स्नातक प्रमाण पत्र, मान्यता प्राप्त कम्प्यूटर संबंधी प्रमाण पत्र, निवास प्रमाण पत्र, स्थायी जाति प्रमाण पत्र, रोजगार पंजीयन, भूतपूर्व सैनिक के लिए भूतपूर्व सैनिक का प्रमाण पत्र आदि) सहित पटवारी प्रशिक्षण शाला बिलासपुर में देना होगा। अन्यथा यह आदेश स्वमेव निरस्त माना जायेगा, जिसके लिए कोई पत्र व्यवहार मान्य नहीं होगा।
         चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को जिला चिकित्सालय के चिकित्सा बोर्ड से स्वास्थ्य फिटनेस का मूल प्रमाण पत्र कार्यालय कलेक्टर भू-अभिलेख शाखा जिला गौरेला पेण्ड्रा मरवाही में प्रस्तुत करना होगा तथा इसकी छायाप्रति पटवारी प्रशिक्षण शाला बिलासपुर में देना होगा। प्रधान पाठक, पटवारी प्रशिक्षण केन्द्र बिलासपुर में सम्मिलित अभ्यर्थियों के मूल प्रमाण पत्रों को सत्यापित करने के बाद ही अभ्यर्थियों की उपस्थिति स्वीकार करेंगे तथा उपस्थिति की सूचना इस कार्यालय कलेक्टर को देंगे। वेतनमान 5200-20200 ग्रेड वेतन 2400-लेवल 6 है। इसके अतिरिक्त शासन द्वारा स्वीकृत अन्य भत्ते एक वर्ष का प्रशिक्षण एवं विभागीय परीक्षा सफलतापूर्वक पूर्ण करने के पश्चात् पटवारी के पद पर नियुक्त किये जाने पर देय होगा। प्रशिक्षण अवधि में प्रशिक्षणार्थियों को शासन द्वारा निर्धारित मानदेय देय होगा।
          आरक्षित प्रवर्ग (अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के सदस्य होने संबंधी दी गई जानकारी, प्रमाण-पत्र यदि गलत पाये गये तो बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के चयन से पृथक किये जाने की कार्यवाही की जायेगी। संबंधित के विरुद्ध भारतीय दण्ड संहिता के प्रावधान के तहत कार्यवाही भी की जायेगी। यह चयन पूर्ण अस्थाई है अतएव चयन की निर्धारित शर्तों का पालन नहीं होने पर किसी भी समय चयन समाप्त की जा सकेगी। विभागीय परीक्षा सफलतापूर्वक उत्तीर्ण करने के पश्चात पटवारी के पद पर नियुक्ति किये जाने पर तीन वर्ष की परिवीक्षा अवधि में प्रथम वर्ष वेतनमान का 70 प्रतिशत, द्वितीय वर्ष वेतनमान का 80 प्रतिशत एवं तृतीय वर्ष वेतनमान का 90 प्रतिशत देय होगा।

According to the decision taken by the Patwari Selection Committee by the Office of Collector Land Records Branch, the final list of 5 candidates for Patwari training has been issued. These include Vinod Kumar, Vivek Tiwari, Mohammad Shahil, Vidyabhushan Kumar and Chandravati. Selected candidates will have to present their required certificates (10th, 12th, graduation certificate, recognized computer related certificate, residence certificate, permanent caste certificate, employment registration, ex-serviceman certificate for ex-serviceman, etc.) by 31 December 2022. ) including Patwari Training School, Bilaspur. Otherwise, this order will automatically be considered cancelled, for which no correspondence will be valid.

          The selected candidates will have to submit the original certificate of health fitness from the medical board of the district hospital in the office of collector, land records branch, district Gaurela Pendra, Marwahi and its photocopy will have to be given at the Patwari training school, Bilaspur. Head Reader will accept the presence of the candidates only after verifying the original certificates of the candidates included in Patwari Training Center Bilaspur and will inform the presence of this office to the Collector. The Pay Scale is 5200-20200 Grade Pay 2400-Level 6. In addition to this, other allowances sanctioned by the government will be payable on being appointed to the post of Patwari after successfully completing one year's training and departmental examination. During the training period, the honorarium fixed by the government will be given to the trainees.

           Reserved Category (Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Classes member information, if the certificates are found wrong, action will be taken to separate them from the selection without any prior notice. Indian Penal Code against the concerned Action will also be taken under the provision. This selection is completely temporary, therefore, if the prescribed conditions of selection are not followed, the selection can be terminated at any time. After successfully passing the departmental examination, there will be three years' probation on the appointment to the post of Patwari. During the probation period, 70 percent of the first year pay scale, 80 percent of the second year pay scale and 90 percent of the third year pay scale will be payable.
